I'm a Ph. D chemist trained in a prestigious US university and have extensive experience in teaching and tutoring in high school sciences, freshman General Chemistry, sophomore Organic Chemistry, and advanced chemistry courses. Through one-on-one and group tutoring, the subjects will be presented in a way that caught interest, clarified difficult topics and led student(s) through complex areas, and put knowledge into context so that its relevance was apparent. As a chemistry educator, especially one who is tutoring at the high school and undergraduate levels, I will bring a lot of energy to my student(s). If I can't get excited about my subject, why should my student(s)? Another important element of my tutoring is encouraging reasoned thinking and rational problem solving, especially in developing logical arguments.
