Pre Algebra with Yanicka P.

Hi! My name is Yanicka. I have been an educator for over six years. My passion is education, and I enjoy teaching students of all ages, and backgrounds. Throughout my time as a teacher, I have taught grades 1-8. I specialize in English, Math, and Social Studies. I enjoy teaching in small and large groups of students. As an educator, I believe that every child learns differently. It is my job to ensure that I am working with students and their caregivers to identify any gaps a student may have. After identifying any potential gaps, I plan and create lessons based on the student's needs. My lessons are both fun and interactive. I create different ways and methods for students to engage with the material. I also check in with students throughout the lesson to make sure they are comfortable with the material. Furthermore, I enjoy working with a variety of students, and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
