I am very dedicated to what I do, whether it is lesson preparation or teaching itself. I hold two degrees, MA in Second Language Acquisition (ESL) and MA in Russian and Slavic Studies from the University of Missouri. Being a native Russian speaker allows me to make my lessons fun and interactive, I love seeing results and progress in my students. I work hard to help my students achieve results. This job brings me a great deal of reward and satisfaction. Besides teaching I enjoy photography, cooking, traveling, and of course spending the time with my family.

Victoria is very patient and a good instructor.
Victoria is simply a wonderful teacher. Not only is she friendly, patient and encouraging, she really knows her stuff and is very organized and communicative in her teaching style. I'm very much a beginner when it comes to learning Russian, but already I have gained a more comprehensive understanding of the real nuts and bolts behind the language's grammar and conjugation, as well as a bit more confidence in speaking it. I look forward to our lessons each week, and I always have a lot of fun when working with her. I don't think I could recommend her highly enough and I look forward to continuing to sharpen my skills under her guidance. For anyone who is newbie when it comes to Russian, I would urge you to seek out Victoria's tutelage. You'll be glad you did.
I have been having a blast learning from Victoria these past few months. I have seen my Russian improve so much and I'm so happy we are starting to converse and the grammar and exercises we do are engaging and thorough. Her teaching helped clarify and explain concepts I was stuck with from other learning programs. Victoria is also such a nice, kind and knowledgeable person. I honestly really enjoy learning from her each week and Russian is a language so many countries speak so its super useful to know. Spasibo Victoria!
