My name is Trevor, and I'm a College student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I have achieved an AA in Mathematics and a Certification of Pre-Engineering at Irvine Valley College. I am currently enrolled at California State University, Fullerton in my Junior Year, with my B.S. expected in Spring 2020. At a young age, I was fascinated with physical objects and I loved to understand the inner-workings of everything around me. Mathematics came naturally to me, and as I advanced into High School, Engineering was suggested to me and I knew that it was the perfect path. My passion in Engineering is Mechanical Design, and I hope to pursue a career in Renewable Technologies in the Automotive industry. Tutoring is a comfortable place for me because I love teaching others about the underlying concepts that govern large systems. I believe that understanding the details is what truly makes a great student, and learning from a conceptual angle has served me well, as well as the students I have tutored. I have helped many students with Calculus, Physics, and Engineering classes. I have and continue to keep a detailed record of all class material, making past knowledge easily accessible for every tutoring session. I have a patient personality, and I am able to explain difficult concepts in much simpler, and easier to understand ways. Through years of tutoring, and actively being a student, I understand that everyone learns differently and I am equipped with several different techniques and teaching styles to uniquely help you understand tough topics in a customizable way. I can tutor all levels of Math students, from Kindergarten through College level, including difficult topics such as Differential Equations, College-level Physics, and up to intermediate Chemistry.
