Hi, I'm Tomoko. I'm Japanese and living in Los Angeles. I was born and grew up in Tokyo. So you can ask me anything about Japan if you are going to visit there. Furthermore, I have working experience in the American and Egyptian Embassy in Japan and some major international companies in Japan. So I can help you communicate with Japanese workers using natural and effective language in Business Japanese. I also taught Japanese language and culture to elementary and high school students in Indiana as a Japanese teacher program of the Japan Foundation. About Tomoko. I'm experienced teacher of 15 years, specializing in the beginner/intermediate/advance student! All ages welcome. I am a native Japanese speaker. I'm now living in Los Angeles. Currently, I'm a Japanese instructor at Beverly Hills Language Institute. I used to teach foreign people in business living in Tokyo. My motto is to provide a learning experience that is enjoyable and encourages students to learn more. Regarding the textbooks, I will adjust the textbooks and materials used in my lessons according to the student's level, requirements, and goals. I have experienced to use the textbooks such as Genki, I and II, Yookoso, Jookyuu eno tobira, ohisama (for young children), Hakase(Basic Japanese for students), Japanese for busy people, Marugoto.
