Hi, My name is Tom. I'm a licensed teacher in the state of Tennessee and have taught on both the university level (6 years at Auburn University) and in the public school system (12 years as a high school teacher in Cheatham and Williamson counties). Prior to that, I taught in Spain where I lived, attended college, and worked for many years. I speak 5 languages, (what can I say, it's just my thing!) I earned my bachelor's degree in biology and have a masters degree in Spanish from Auburn University as well as a masters in education from Belmont University. I studied in the University of Seville (Spain) and in the University of Salamanca (Spain). Naturally, I consider Spain to be my "second home." I've traveled extensively through Europe, Africa, Central and South America and have a lot of cultural and teaching experience.
