Mathematics is a language. My goal is to make sure that each of my students speak the language well. My background in Chemical Engineering organically transitioned into teaching over 15 years ago. After teaching for a very short period of time, it was quite clear that I had an exceptional ability to uncover and correct mathematical errors. From Pre-algebra to SAT/ACT prep, my approach is always the same, to teach in a way that recognizes the individuality of my student. I am patient, methodical, and relentless in the pursuit of building a comprehensive skill-set. I pride myself on being an educational partner. I believe that every student should have a space that is safe from judgment, while being encouraged to master mathematical concepts. I was once asked, "What do you know for sure?"....My immediate response, "ALGEBRA IS THE KEY TO LIFE." After all.....LIFE IS JUST A SERIES OF WORD PROBLEMS.

This digital whiteboard has an integrated writing tablet that allows my students to follow every step of the mathematical process as we tackle the problems together.
