Hi, there! My name is Seongmo and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching private lessons since 2012 and have loved helping my students writing and speaking Korean. This is the first time I take on learning Korean. I searched for a lot of information trying to find instructors in my area and online.  I came across take lessons online and was still unsure weather to sign up or not.  So, they had profiles on the instructors that were available to teach. All these instructors have wonderful qualifications but my concern was finding an instructor that was available on my one day off. Very grateful that Mr. Seongmo was available and accepted me as his student. Korean is different from other other languages that I have taken. Mr. Seongmo is very patient with me, very encouraging and challenges me at the same time. If you are thinking of learning Korean, I recommend Mr. Seongmo!

Seongmo is an excellent instructor and very patient. He is very willing to work with my busy ever changing schedule and my sometimes distracted participation. He will explain things until you get it and is eager to plunge you into a challenge without your even noticing that he has upped the ante. 
My only suggestion is drilling in vocabulary but as we've only done a few lessons that might be something he is planning to use for later.
I'd definitely recommend him and plan on sticking with his tutorage.

Was great. Very kind and very patient. I have a hard time retaining things than others and he was very helpful and patient with me on that. I'm looking forward to the next lesson.

I will definitely continue with the lesson.  He knows what he's teaching.  I feel that I will for sure learn a great deal from him.

I highly recommend Seongmo. I appreciate having a teacher who is so patient and encouraging.

No only is he patient but he's very reassuring. He understands the perspective of non-native Korean hearing, but he will elaborate on anything your confused on. 

At moments that would otherwise be awkward for anyone else, I don't feel awkward when there are moments of silence because the focus is constant.

I really enjoyed it. He is very patient and good teacher.

I am so excited to have Seongmo as my trainer! He teaches the way I learn and understand. Also, he gets right to the lesson right away so no time is post. So excited for my next lesson!

I am really enjoying my lessons with Seongmo. He is very kind and patient. I usually feel embarrassed when I make a mistake, but his gentle encouragement gives me confidence to try again without worrying over it. I am making excellent progress and I am so glad to be working with him!

My instructor , Mr Seongmo is one of the best teachers ever, he teaches in a fun way that makes it able to understand the language, and is very patient even when you are having a difficult time grasping some of the information,  to repeat it to your understanding. Very much satisfied and would take his tutor sessions again,  actually planning to.  I would also highly recommend him to anyone interested in learning the korean language.
