This certificate, which I obtained from TEFL Fullcircle, required 40 hours of studying the principles of TEYL, including: general development and learning in children, second language learning in children, teaching the four language skills to young learners (speaking, reading, writing, and listening), and the extensive benefits of using storybooks with young learners.

To obtain this certificate, I took an online course with TEFL Fullcircle, which required me to study 160 hours worth of material, including the principles of teaching English, how to teach all ages of learners (specifically young learners), how to teach to all levels of learners, teaching grammar, vocabulary, & pronunciation, teaching all four language skills (speaking, reading, writing, listening), teaching in a classroom environment, teaching one-to-one, planning, and assessment.
