🌸About Me🌸 Hi there! I am Saki. Thank you for checking my profile. I am from Miyazaki prefecture in Japan and currently living in Hawaii. I studied English in college and have been living in the United States for almost 7 years, so you don't need to worry even if you are a complete beginner in learning Japanese! ✌ I also love manga and anime! Let's practice Japanese together and talk about anime! 🌸My lessons🌸 We will start with Hiragana and some basic grammar. If you already know Hiragana and Katakana, or if you rather study them outside of the lesson, we will skip them and start with grammar. I use Genki, Nakama, and other textbooks for this lesson. We can go as slow as you want 🙆♀️ Who this course is for: ・It's perfect for complete beginners with zero experience studying Japanese ・It's also great for anyone who does have a little bit of experience studying Japanese but needs help to keep going What you’ll learn: ・You will learn Japanese characters such as Hiragana, Katakana and some Kanji ・We will start with basic greetings and introductions ・You will eventually learn how to say things like "I like eating more than cooking" or "Why don't we visit Japan this summer?" This lesson includes: ・Lesson materials. You do not need to purchase textbooks. ・Lots of speaking practice! ・Fun quizzes and games. ・Interesting Japanese culture facts such as "Flowers you should never bring to see someone in the hospital" 😱 ・Homework * Since these lessons are college level, I am only accepting students who are 16 years of age and older. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me✉

I'm a beginner learner and she makes this so much fun and she is very patient. I learn so much from her every lesson and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to learn Japanese. She is amazing and offers outside resources to help maintain what you learn in each lesson.
