I have brought children lacking confidence in math to being on the honor roll and enjoying learning. Math can be frustrating. I can help your child understand it in a fun, low stress atmosphere using online manipulatives, games, and fun, bringing about understanding, bringing confidence to understand and take charge of their own learning. Understanding the basics will lay the groundwork and propel them confidently forward towards success. Together we find where the problem is and move them toward success.

Hi! I am an Artist and Tutor of multiple subjects for over 30 years. In Art I enjoy using various kinds of media and sculpting. I have taught in person as well as online, and enjoy making learning fun and relaxed. When a student is engaged and having fun, that information is retained and remembered, leading to success in all areas. Art should be relaxing and an enjoyable experience, giving you the ability to observe and enjoy the world around you with new eyes.

Ruthann tutored both our daughters over several years and was simply amazing. Our children are bilingual and She complemented the work that was being done at school. She really allowed them to soar in the American system. They are both doing really well and one of our daughters is now in one of the best schools in the country. Both of our children adored her and were enjoying their time with her.
