I would be grateful for the opportunity to teach you Spanish, whether your current interests are guided by academic requirements, AP/IB Spanish Language test prep, or personal interest. My own Spanish language and cultural studies stemmed from a true desire to be able to communicate and connect with people with whom I did not share a common language or background. Sharing what I have learned about the Spanish language and cultures has become a personal and professional passion for me. Did you know that Spanish is the official language in 21 countries in the world? And, according to the TeleLanguage blog, "by 2050, the United States is expected to have 138 million Spanish speakers, making it the largest Spanish-speaking country in the world". There is no doubt about it: understanding, speaking, reading, and writing Spanish well are essential skills at home and abroad.
