French with Pamela H.

Currently accepting only high school and college students. I have a Masters in French from Middlebury College, renown for its language schools, as well as 15 years of classroom experience at the middle and high school levels. During my tenure as a classroom teacher I worked with individual students on a regular basis and for the last five years, I have been tutoring exclusively. There are many fun & interesting aspects of French and it is a real pleasure for me to see my students progress. I try as quickly as possible to identify the problem areas, help my students overcome them and also suggest helpful study skills. The ultimate goal is that they become confident learners who see and are pleased with their own progress. I am very patient. While studying for my Masters I lived in Paris. Since then, various summer courses and teacher workhops have led me to Auvergne, Normandy, Lorraine, and Montreal where I also lived with local families. I hope to meet you soon!
