    About Nishani M.

I am a professional American Sign Language instructor. I graduated from Gallaudet University with a Masters in Sign Language Education. I was born deaf and while I can lip read (as the rest of my family are hearing), learning and using Sign Language opened my world in ways I never imagined. ASL students can expect to improve week to week in their signing technique. Every person has their own pace. I can help students to sign with confidence and expression. I teach ASL students of all different ages and experience levels. I can tailor instructions to suit the preferences of the student. My personal passion is to paint landscapes and to produce oil paintings, to travel around the world and to explore sign languages from around the world. I look forward to meeting you and helping you to become fluent in ASL!
