Develop separate syllabi for (a) ASL 1 (1701), (b) ASL II (1702), (c) ASL 3 (3703) and (d) ASL 4 (3704) (American Sign Language) classes in the American Sign Language program. • Teach these classes, including designing lesson plans, developing tests, quizzes and homework assignments, and advising students. • Document students’ progress and write individualized evaluations at the end of each semester. • Utilize Signing Naturally Units 1-6 and Units7-12 curriculum materials. Provide additional models of native signing. • Provide support and encouragement for students to succeed in the classroom and everyday conversation • Assess students’ ASL skills and fluency.
