Math to me is a very easily teachable subject, and something everyone can understand because it's a logic based subject. However, math is scary and can be tough on a lot of students. I have spent years tutoring and teaching my younger cousins who have struggled with math, and they always come out happy with their results. I teach in math in a way that breaks down the problem, and I explain each facet of why what is happening happens. This allows the child to really grasp the concept of the problem and actually teaches them the "why" and the "how" that more often than not, they're not taught in school. 

Math is something I'm extremely passionate about, as I am a Senior Accounting Major at the University of Houston Main Campus. I love to see my peers grasp a new concept and it's fun for me to be a part of that process! Math can be extremely interesting and it's always my goal when I tutor to share that same excitement I have for math with whoever I am helping!

I am a Senior dual degree student studying Accounting and Psychology at the University of Houston. I currently am in the Professional Program in Accountancy (PPA) program, an accelerated program in which I will receive my BBA and Masters in Accounting in 5 years. Tutoring is something I've always done throughout my life, whether it be with my younger cousins, or if it be with my friends in my rigorous courses. It's something I always take the time out of my day to do, and it's something I'm extremely passionate about!
