Crocheting with Mary Frances S.

I have loved all things arts and craft related since I was a child. I even studied Art and Art History in college. I learned to crochet when I was young, and then picked it back up as an adult when I was looking for a relaxing craft. I love that crocheting allows me to make special gifts for my family and friends, play with colorful yarn, and take my projects with me even when I travel. I hope you can experience that joy, too! I have recently started teaching crochet lessons and would love to share this skill with more students. I have a number of years working with children in a variety of settings, from church groups to summer camp. These experiences have given me both a passion and patients to make sure my students will be successful in learning the timeless art of crochet. Lessons will be tailored to the student's goals and experience, with skills building with each lesson, including learning a variety of stitches, how to read a pattern, how to use various hooks and tools, and at least one completed project.
