    About Martine P.

I'm an educator, advocate for students, and comic book enthusiast. I graduated from Hunter College with a Bachelor's of Art in English Literature. I've worked with a plethora of students from across the world helping to grow their skills in the subject and their confidence surrounding their education. Working with me students can expect to improve their: - Written and oral skills. - Understanding of complex text. -Critical thinking skills. -Standardized test scores. I am a strong believer of incorporating what my students know in order to enhance their understanding of classic and modern literature. So in my lessons they can expect to see pop culture references and memes for an improved understanding, critical thinking skills, and laughs.
