I have been teaching Italian to students in elementary, secondary, middle, and high school. I have also instructed college level students as well as adults and even couples! I have been endorsed by my previous high school and colleges for my Italian language skills. I am American, my parents are of Italian Native descent and I speak fluent Italian. I studied in Italian language in college in Florence Italy, and am certified by "Istituto Europeo" & "Universita Popolare" as well as SUNY Rockland College in Italian language as well as Opera Singing & Bel Canto. I am excellent with children and have study style skills and techniques to engage them & make studying Italian language fun & interesting for students who feel that it is boring and have difficulty finding interest with the subject; I have had huge successes! I am so proud of my students; I have been doing this for 13 years. I also have been doing professional child care as well as teaching music/theater for the past 14 years so I am fantastic at engaging children and know how to making it a fun and thrilling experience for them & stimulates their mind. I have helped over 40 students pass their Italian regents/finals/midterm exams. I have rescues students failing of a %50 average up to %90 in just 2 months. My students have an overall average percentage achieving rate of %95 or higher after working with me once or twice a week. The purpose of Phi Theta Kappa shall be to recognize and encourage scholarship among two-year college students. To achieve this purpose, Phi Theta Kappa shall provide opportunity for the development of leadership and service, for an intellectual climate for exchange of ideas and ideals, for lively fellowship for scholars, and for stimulation of interest in continuing academic excellence.
