Ever since I can remember, writing was a way for me to express my thoughts. I struggled to verbalize how I felt and writing became a safe space for me to explain how I felt, and then share my thoughts with family and friends. As a published adult, I believe in the freedom to express through the art of writing, reading, music and the other arts. Without writing, we are missing out on activating parts of our brain and the feeling of completion. According to Psychology today, writing can increase learning, make your happier, make you a better communicator, and increase gratitude. I hope to create an environment where you and your writing can excel, express yourself, and always strive to expand your mind to greater writing heights. Finding your writing potential, is so liberating.
