I teach because I love learning and want to help others do the same. My tutoring experience spans multiple disciplines, ages, and abilities. Reading, writing, social issues, and STEM are my passions and I enjoy sharing my knowledge of these fields.
Teaching an online course titled "Environmental Science in U.S. History" to students ages 9-13. Starting from the early 1600s and going to modern day, the course explores how environmental sciences have affected and been affected by United States history.
Tutoring undergraduate students in all biology and earth sciences and some math, physics, and chemistry; students are mainly first-generation, low-income, or learning disabled.

It began over 100 years ago with one woman, Girl Scouts founder Juliette Gordon "Daisy" Low, who believed in the power of every girl. She organized the first Girl Scout troop on March 12, 1912, in Savannah, Georgia, and every year since, we've made her vision a reality, helping girls discover their strengths, passions, and talents.
Today we continue the Girl Scout mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.
