I am a senior finance professional and in addition I love teaching my native language and contribute to the dissemination of the Italian culture. I spent years working for a non profit association, body of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, where I teach Italian. Italian is the most studied language in the world for culture and pleasure! Italian ranks as the fourth most studied language in US colleges and high schools, where the enrollment rate for Italian classes is growing 20% faster than for any other language. A recent UNESCO report states that over 60% of the world’s art treasures are to be found in Italy. Italian language is key to study and research in the fields of art history, literature, archaeology and philosophy. I teach students of all different ages and experience levels.
