    Physics in a step-by-step approach

Physics is daunting, with memorization, unfamiliar equations, and word problems, physics can be nerve-wracking for students. Breaking down the problem by asking what is it looking for, what are you missing, and what do you have makes the problem go from daunting words to a problem you can solve in no time. Whether your struggle is with the math itself, or trying to figure out what the problem even says, I can help. I am a graduate in Biomedical engineering and have used physics in many real world situations, as well as taken many classes in physics and involved with physics. You can do it! Physics is beautiful, and just like any math, it is in nearly everything. Physics broadens your ideas and reality on how the world works and why things happen.

I am a graduate from Arizona State University with a bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering. My specialty is teaching in a way that makes the student understand why this information is important, as well as how the subject can still be interesting to them. If you are an adult looking for touch up information on the math you used years ago, that's okay! Things slip if they aren't practiced, and I'd love to work with you as well! Every student has a different thing that makes the things click in their mind. I tend to take a step by step approach to help the student learn how to approach problems that they may feel overwhelmed by. Any student can learn. Teaching is not only about finishing assignments, but learning what they like to do, and how to incorporate that in their homework assignments. Science and math is in everything in the world, its the way we as humans can quantify the world and I personally think that is amazing. Although I struggled with math in my younger years I took calc 1, 2, and 3, as well as differential equations in college and slowly developed a passion for it. Pictures help me, steps help me, but that's not the only way to learn and I love learning with them what they can do with the knowledge. Art is something I have done since I was able to hold a pencil. Learning how different colors mix, how composition color and value change so much. Making beautiful creations are fun in their purest form!

I needed help on the Divergence and Integral Tests. She explained how to do them very clearly, including the P-series Test. She did several examples and I was given a few examples to work on. She also lend me a few resources that I can refer to for more practice. I would highly recommend her for Calculus I/II help.
