I grew up hearing Spanish from the time I was born, but I also took Spanish in middle school, high school, and college. Traveling to Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Nicaragua gave me even more opportunities to use the language. As a tutor, I try to keep my lessons as easy-to-understand as possible, so you'll be a pro at Spanish in no-time!

Hi! My name is Kristen, and I graduated with a BA in Linguistics from Stony Brook University in 2019. That said, I love languages, Spanish in particular. I also love to travel, so I've traveled around Latin America to get chances to practice my Spanish outside of a classroom.
Other than that, I love cats (I have an adorable tuxedo cat!), plants, coffee, writing, and trying new foods. Looking forward to getting to know you!
