NBPTS is the highest certification a teacher can receive. In 2013, I was honored to receive the annual Teacher Award for Outstanding teacher, the Best of the Best for my school. Only one award given each year. I enjoy teaching individuals of all ages. I love getting to know my students and learning about their cultures. Most of all, I love teaching. My classroom is creative and interactive, adapting my teaching methods to suit my students needs. A recent teacher's survey labeled my teaching style as; The Zen Master.
