My teaching style is embodied by the famous quote that says: "Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn." My lessons are very interactive. I design and personalize each lesson. I teach grammar, reading comprehension, writing, and pronunciation in an engaging way. I try to keep it light and positive- learning should be fun! I can't wait to meet you in my classroom where we will work together to help you to reach your English goals! I have a 120 hour TESOL certification. I attended university for four years in the biomedical sciences and biology fields and tutored in biology and chemistry. I have experience teaching as a private ESL teacher as well as working with children with disabilities in a school setting and in a one-on-one setting. I have taught in a volunteer education work for the past 12 years.
