I am a young sighted teacher, I am passionate about the Braille code and the rules of Unified English Braille as well as the Nemeth Code. I have been doing braille transcription for visually impaired students for 7 years. I also have extensive knowledge of braille transcription software, Braille devices and embossers. 

Hello, my name is Kelsea Kagarise. I am a vision specialist at RCSD, I have been working with Vision students at RCSD for seven years. I am fluent in the braille code as well as experienced teaching sighted and visually impaired students the braille code. I have a passion for the visually impaired community and I always do what I can to help. I enjoy freelancing as a certified braille transcriber, transcribing children’s books.
