The concept of flow dates back to early Buddhist and Hindu texts, describing it as a connection between mind and body. This is why flow arts are my passion. Hooping is a therapy session, an art form, and a work-out all in one. If you choose me as your teacher, I will teach you different tricks and transitions, help you get in touch with your flow, and give you tips and pointers on how to be the best hooper you can be. I have helped many people begin their hoop journey. I adjust my lessons to your skill-level, whether you are just getting started or have been hooping for awhile.
