My teaching philosophy is to always keep concepts simple. Biology is a complex subject, but I learned how to grasp concepts after graduating Summa Cum Laude with little biology background before college. I hope to help my students learn biology in an efficient, but also patient manner as I did for myself. I served as a Teacher's Assistant in college for three years. As a TA, I taught an Intro to Chemistry Lab, Biology Recitation classes, and conducted research. I currently serve as a high school teacher at The Montgomery Academy. My three preps are AP Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, and Biology.

Greetings! My name is Jonathan Trinh, and I am a high school teacher & coach at The Montgomery Academy. I teach AP Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, and Biology and I am the Head Coach for the Boys Varsity Soccer Team. I graduated from the University of Alabama-Huntsville in May of 2017. During my college career, I was able to teach Intro to Chemistry Labs, Biology Recitation classes, host tutoring sessions, conduct research, and play on their Mens Soccer Team. I graduated with a B.S. in Biological Sciences with a Summa Cum Laude honor.
