Hi, my name is Janice.
I grew up in the States and then lived in Russia for 15 years as an adult. It was there that I learned to speak Russian and how to teach English. I am a certified ESL teacher with over 20 years of experience helping Russian-speakers of all ages and levels learn English. I have taught beginners and helped advanced students prepare for exams. I enjoy seeing people understand the concepts and be able to communicate with others in English!

Three of us have been taking Russian lessons - not English - from Janice as an experiment. She is typically prompt and prepared and a good teacher, working with us at our level. She has a cheerful personality and remains positive and encouraging even when we give wrong answers.
