I learned ASL at the College of Staten Island, NY, where i resided. I went through the ASL 1-IV, and then the SIP (Sign Interpreter Program), graduating in 1984. I began interpreting for the Board of Education, working with deaf HS students until 1986. I began teaching ASL at the College of Staten Island until 1992. I moved to Nashville TN and began interpreting for the Board of Education in Nashville for 16 years. I also taught under Adult Education.
Gina is an accomplished American Sign Language Interpreter. She has interpreted in virtually every type of ASL environment. She is personable, encouraging, and inspiring. A great teacher!
