I am a trained teacher of English Lieterature with a minor in Religious Studies. I obtained my Teachers Degree at Church Teachers College in Mandeville Jamaica. And I also earned a Bachelor Degree in Theology and a minor in counseling at Bethel Bible College in Mandeville Manchester Jamaica. I taught English Literature and Religious Studies in Jamaica for a few years before migrating to USA in 2013. Teaching has always been my passion consequently any opportunity I am given to learn and to teach is always welcomed. The art of teaching is the student heart. My approach to teaching is to build compassion trust and integrity which will result in positive out come both academically and psychologicallly for the student. Since I have been living in USA I have traveled. to States such as New Jersey, New York, Georgia Texas and Florida. These travels have allowed me to realize that people are impacted by their environment which impact their ability to communicate effectively with different people. An understanding like this allows me as a trained teacher to know that people are different and that we all come from different socio-economic political and ethnic backgrounds which will play a part in our we relate to each other and how we gener information what we accept or reject. And so as a teacher my job is to deliver qualitative and quatitave information to the students whose lives I will impact for a better and greater good for themselves and the society at large.
