I use a very personable approach where I constantly adapt to my students needs. I strongly believe in building up people's confidence. Because I have learned several languages myself, I know well what holds us back in actually applying the language(s) we learn in class settings. This is why I also complement my lessons with immersion activities, via my club, Le Petit Ensemble. There, people can loosen up, and focus on other things, rather than remaining too self-aware of their insecurity with the language.
