I am an ABD (all but dissertation) candidate at Western Illinois University (WIU) and will acquire my Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership in the Fall of 2023. The degree I will earn this year is my second doctorate, after earning my first degree (Ph.D.) at RENMIN University of China in 2015. I earned my MA in communication from the Department of Communication at WIU, where I worked as a teaching assistant instructing the course on public speaking from 2019 to 2021. In my MA and Ed.D education, I received 4.0 scores out of 4.0 on all courses and published the book "Social Mentality and Public Opinion in China" by Routledge Publishers in 2023. In addition, I taught at the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication on the subject of new media from 2004 to 2019 at Jinan University in China, where I have published dozens of articles in both Chinese and English across many journals.
