Spanish with Erika C.

I am from Chile and grew up in California. I received my Master's Degree in Spanish and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from San Jose State University. I teach Spanish and English, all levels and abilities. I love foreign languages and writing. I have studied Spanish literature, culture, history and linguistics. I have also studied English literature, writing, advertising and editing. The best teachers and mentors I have had, have made learning fun and exciting. My goal is to always create an atmosphere where learning comes alive and becomes an enriching experience for the student. A creative writing instructor I had years ago once said, "anyone can write." Well, I believe that with the right guidance and tools, a student can achieve the desired goals in writing, in learning a foreign language, and in any other subject or field.
