Zumba in the circuit Instructor

Jan 2015 - Present
Curves grym

In Zumba in the Circuit, participants alternate between circuit weight-training machines and classic Zumba dance-fitness moves. At a specified sound cue, participants leave one machine or dance move and go to the next. Typical machines exercises include leg extensions, bicep curls, chest presses, and more. The weight machines build strength, targeting all the muscle groups of the body, while the Zumba steps add cardio into the mix. Add to this your favorite Zumba music beats (ranging from salsa to samba to reggaeton to meringue to African to jazz to hip-hop, belly dance and more). Is full body workout

We talked about the work I do (and she has done too!) which made the conversation and learning very meaningful. She also gave me an article related to my work and asked me to come to the next meeting with a little information to share. So, I was able to practice conversation in my specific field of work. I really enjoyed my first session and I'm looking forward to our next.
