English and Language Arts
As a former colleague of Darrian, I have witnessed the amazing ability she has to connect with students and tailor her instruction to best fit the needs of each student. I think this is one of the most important aspects a teacher should focus on because you have to be able to reach students before they can be receptive to what you're attempting to teach them. What I admire most about Darrian is her passion to work with youth and support them in their development. I think this definitely contributes greatly to the quality of her instruction. Her passion shines through in her work and I've witnessed this lead to meaningful connections with students and a lasting impact for many of them. I am proud of the work she has contributed to the lives of youth and I am glad to have shared in the experience of youth education and development with Darrian. I am sure future students will benefit greatly from the quality instruction and personable connections she provides!+ Read More
