I think what makes a good writer is passion. Just as in any other interest or hobby, if you don't have love for what you're doing, then it's ultimately a waste. I believe writing is simply creating art... with words. Something as beautiful as that can only be created by a true artist who has a true passion for what he/she is doing. A good writer writes as an outlet for all their feelings. A good writer knows how to weave words together to make a beautifully clear picture. A good writer goes to writing when they feel like they have no where else to go. A good writer writes because it's his passion. A good writer loves creating a story and strives to be better at it day after day. A good writer is a word "magician" who creates magic with his words. And deep down, through everything a good writer has and is, you will find passion. Because not only does passion make a good writer, it makes a great one. I believe I have a passion for English and writing.

I am college student majoring in journalism. I love writing. Writing is my passion. I believe writing is simply creating art... with words. Along with my love for writing, I am extremely proficient in the English language and love teaching it. 

I believe I can teach students to understand English, its grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Along with English, I will proofread and edit essays of any kind. I will also help in brainstorming for essays and teach the different ways of writing essays.
