Vocabulary with Becky Lyn R.

Hello, my name is Becky Lyn Rickman. My LOVE list is long, but right at the top are children and words. When you combine the two, watch out, world! I have had a hand in raising lots of children, including four brilliant human beings of my own, five amazing stepchildren, and 45 foster children, tweenies and teenagers. Words are among my best friends, always there for me, making life colorful. I have called on them and used their support to publish over 500 articles on relationships and raising families. They have also, upon request, jumped onto the pages of a few novels, some nonfiction books, an online women's magazine, some blogs, a children's VOCABULARY- rich book series centered around a most refined warthog named Clive, after C. S. Lewis. There is a Vocabulary website which each student will be asked to take advantage of. Throughout the lessons, students will rise from vocabularian to full-fledged Word Warriors with certificates to illustrate their newly acquired, but still ever expanding gift of articulation.
