I recently moved from a military base and am now tutoring as opposed to going into a formal classroom to teach. I have taught upwards of 200 men and women at one time. I have also had small classes with 5 students. My passion to teach does not change with the number of students. I do, however, appreciate the one-on-one grouping of students as it is easier to help a student with what he/she needs most.

Just as there are many ways to understand information, there are many ways answer and approach questions. I have many ideas and proven techniques to help others understand testing procedures.

I have been teaching English, reading and writing for over 6 years. My experiences have been at the collegiate level, as a contract worker, and for the public school system as a K-12 English as a Second language teacher. 
 I have tutored numerous students in SAT prep, ACT prep, and I have experience in all k-12 subjects, as I have been a homeschooling parent for over 18 years. I have a masters in Gerontology, and I am comfortable teaching math, science, and all humanity courses.

Anna is an exceptional instructor. She has a high command for her subject and has an extraordinary talent for teaching grammar, structure and effective writing skills. Anna is also incredibly patient, kind, understanding and works well with students of all ages and backgrounds.  In addition to her excellent teaching and intellectual abilities, she also has a fun personality that makes learning enjoyable for her students. Highly recommended!
