Hello, I'm Angie. I graduated from UC Irvine with honors in 2015 with a degree in Psychology and Social Behavior and a degree in Public Health Policy. I am a tutor in math, writing, and psychology and love working with students of all ages. Throughout my time tutoring, I've learned that the best way to help students learn is to first take the time to understand the current level they are at, their current struggles, and where they aim to go. I believe that building students' confidence in their abilities through relevant practice is key to mastering specific topics. In my approach, I am friendly and understanding, while remaining focused on delivering the necessary information and techniques the student needs to succeed. I have also been meditating for a few years. I am interesting in teaching meditation and various techniques to calm the mind. I am very interested in emotional and physical wellness and love bringing positive energy into people's mindsets and lives.
