I was having trouble with chemistry, and Amanuel helped me understand chemistry, he broke down each topic, and we went over different problems it was helpful. I went from a 63 first test, 83 second, 89 third, and 95 4th test.

I attended a weekend chemistry workshop for beginners that Aman led this past summer. I also work with young people and so I have an acute eye for ability to communicate and teach on the level with people, including young people, of all ages. I am myself a former tutor (though I did not tutor sciences), and I thought Aman was very skilled and aware. I had such a tremendously enjoyable time learning chemistry with Aman that I reflected what a difference it would have made when I was a young person to have had this kind of sensitive, creative, and thorough teaching of the basics. He knows how to cover the fundamentals well, while remaining very attentive to the student. He is soft-spoken, kind, and has very high standards- and yet he never came across as "pressuring" or "critical" of the students. He covered the information very well in an organized manner, communicating it in a number of ways that allowed different kinds of learners to grasp the concepts, he answered questions well, he paid attention to each student and I did have a sense that he cared that I personally understood the material. Finally, I would just say that I thought he was very respectful and caring to the students and very good with young people.

Amanuel is a very patient and thorough tutor who clearly enjoys teaching. His enthusiasm is infectious -- he made science fun, which I didn't think was possible! He explained concepts to me in an easy, understandable way. I highly recommend him and would use him again.
