I am all about making reading engaging and interesting by selecting material based on the personality of my students. I am constantly collecting and using assessments (both the traditional test kind and observational) to plan and modify lessons. My lessons are approachable and flexible. If something is not working, or not clicking, we course correct together. I want my students to be involved in each aspect of the learning experience, from planning and material selection, to assessment and reflection.
