Experienced artist & teacher with focus on catering to the interests of each student & guiding their artistic side to thrive! From no experience to advanced, I'm so excited about the opportunity to foster creative hearts and minds. Having graduated from Davidson College in 2020, I majored in studio arts and minored in communication. I heavily rely on art as a form of release and meditation, and I hope I can create the chance for you to do the same. I aim to define an overarching structure and provide the needed inspiration to spark your process, while still leaving lots of room for flexibility and exploration (and keep it fun!) You will need: a painting surface, a couple paintbrushes, a cup of water, and any paint! (and newspaper or cardboard if you want to protect the surface under the painting) If you prefer, for $20 plus shipping I can send you all these materials including at least 4 paint colors of your choice.
