About Rose

Hello, I'm Miss Rose. I've been teaching since I was 14 years old. I started off as a junior piano teacher, working with school aged children, and have been teaching ever since. I love music! Rose is my 2021 blessing! My granddaughter decided she wanted to play the violin. I bought her one and we looked for someone to teach her. After the first lesson I decided I too wanted to learn a musical instrument and decided that the piano would fit me. I asked about lessons and they introduced me to Rose. What a difference one person can make in your life. After only three lessons I am playing songs, with cords. I am amazed at myself and it’s all because Rose, she is a wonder teacher. I enjoy her teaching me and I learn so much in each lesson. She is wonderful. Thank you Rose for your patience with an older student. I look forward to each lesson and can not wait to see what I can play next.

I'm glad I found Paul on takelessons.com. I was looking for someone to help me take my decent but untrained voice to the next level. Paul is committed to helping me advance toward my goal of being a singer-songwriter. In addition to the exercises we work on to strengthen my voice and gain control, he has given me some strategies to track my progress and improve more quickly. He also encourages me to take risks and go out and sing karaoke. He is caring and authentic and genuinely invested in my growth, and I am becoming a better musician because of it. Thank you, Paul!!

"My 7 year old daughter is a first time Harmonica player and my wife and I are not musically inclined at all! Matthew is excellent, by the end of our first session she could understand notes and chords, which were all foreign to us before we started. After our very first lesson, my daughter was able to play Low Rider well enough to where the common ear could hear it. Bottom line is he is patient and and takes time to explain and my daughter loves it so that is the biggest win."
