Ms Serena is a quality teacher with high expectations and rigid policies. My daughter took lessons for approximately six months. During this time, she learned a great deal regarding vocal technique and the physiology behind quality sound and breath control. Ms Serena also guided my daughter through the creative writing process of composing her own song.
Lana
Serena was so kind, encouraging and helpful in beginning my vocal training. She focused on the fundamentals, explaining and answering every question I had, teaching me about proper technique, vocal health, audition etiquette, and more. She was also always willing to listen to how I was feeling and was very kind and welcoming at all times In a very short amount of time, my vocal technique and quality improved, and I now am a much more confident and healthy singer. Serena is amazing!
Lynnette
My daughter and I are very happy with how Serena coached her. Her technical way of teaching has helped Jana , my daughter, understand the mechanics of singing better. We booked the $400/5sessions promo in preparation for my daughter’s competition and we are happy to say that she did very well, thanks to Serena’s coaching.
Serena is very professional, communicates clearly, and is excellent in her craft. It is unfortunate that due to other family affairs, we are unable to continue with her.

Teaching Piano in Medford, NJ

By Mary W.-Medford Piano Teacher

Being a private lesson music teacher in Medford Lakes, NJ is a career I cherish and enjoy. Education and Music are not only professions, but also hobbies. I recently began taking cello lessons and there is nothing like being a student to truly connect to your own students. I am getting ready to attend a National Piano Conference this July in Chicago, IL with over 300 teachers from around the country. I will be listening to lectures and soaking in information like a sponge.

Since 1993, I have taught lessons in a private studio, located in the back of my house. Four of my students who have taken lessons in this studio have become music teachers. I also have students who leave for college but will return for touch-up lessons during colleg

Teaching in Medford has been such a great experience. I find that families in Medford have an appreciation for music and the arts in general. I have a new student who has never played an instrument before and she just started taking piano lessons. She is currently home from college, so we will be working hard through the summer. My two youngest budding pianists are both five-years-old, and they are beginning a duet this summer. Another one of my students, Olivia, is 13-years-old and she is already finishing her fifth year of piano study and second year of vocal study. Through my piano lessons with Olivia, I have bonded with her and her parents, since they also take piano lessons. Olivia just finished a week of middle school piano camp at Westminster in Princeton. She performed “The Tempest” at the end of camp and I was, and am, so proud.

It is never too late to start music lessons….it is a world unlike any other and a place where you can release all your emotions, what are you waiting for? Sign up for Piano lessons in Medford!
