Classical Guitar Lessons in Mission Bay Park. Amazing Teachers.

I can teach traditional classical guitar finger picking techniques using a nylon string guitar. I can also teach fingerpicking on steel string acoustic guitar, as well as performing and arranging classical pieces on the electric guitar. I also love to make my own arrangements of classical pieces from other instruments. My personal favorites to perform are J. S. Bach and Heitor Villa-Lobos.

Learn to play the Spanish Guitar through the unique "Romero Method"

I play many instruments, but Guitar is my first instrument. I'll go through a method book together with you, in which you can learn the basics, including note reading, playing some simple chords...After some months this basic course will open a door for you to enter the world of Guitar playing and you'll be able to play many songs. Many of my students are interested to sing to Guitar and I help them to sing to Guitar too because I am a voice instructor too. Guitar is an easy and fun instrument to play.

Classical guitars can differ from other guitars and learning to play differs as well. In addition to playing a classical repertoire, the manner in which a classical guitarist plays is extremely important, plucking the strings with the right hand fingers without the use of a pick. In teaching classical guitar, I find ind ways to make lessons entertaining while also being educational incorporating both technique and theory into lessons. I'll work directly with you
to develop a curriculum that will achieve your musical goals.
