Hello beautiful people, students, parents, and co creators. My name is Jon. I am a 30 year old French native from Paris and I will be your teacher today. I am a happy step father who moved out to Minneapolis in 2014 to live with my wife and her children. I have been a professional photographer for more than 11 years now. So what about teaching? Everybody wants the best. The best scores. The highest rates. The highest salary. We want control of our life. Everybody does. But in the process it seems we forgot to have quality of living. Quality is the most important. Each person is unique and should be treated in a unique way. What comes first? Question or answer? When you just arrive at your first day at school do you have final exams? First the teacher shares some knowledge during class. Depending on the teacher's talent and passion and love for his work the students will learn something. Then only you have exams. Life is the biggest exam off all. Every day we are being tested. With our family, friends, work. With our patience, our punctuality, our perfection. Hopefully wisdom will come out of this process. All we need is a little support to all grow together. Teaching is a big responsibility. Parents and teachers, it is our duty to teach the best. Let's do it together. Thank you

About Me

As a Peer Mentor I advise college students on transitioning to and managing academic and social aspects of college. I also assist students in writing, editing and structuring academic essays. Through this role, I have demonstrated my leadership with students from various economic backgrounds and learned how to listen and communicate effectively with others. In addition to these commitments, I also head the cricket club at school, where I lead practice and coach students who are not familiar with the sport. These experiences have allowed me to hone my leadership skills amongst students from diverse cultural backgrounds, to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects, and to become a proactive self-starter.
