About Me

I'm a late 20 year-old female. I presently live in Los Angeles where I work in the entertainment industry. I received my MFA from Loyola Marymount University for Film and TV Production. While there I taught Film Studies for four semesters to undergraduates. Prior to that, I was an instructor for the programs, "Girls in the Director's Chair" and "Fresh Films". In these programs I traveled to different cities around the country where I taught teens and young adults how to make an entire film in a week... from writing, casting, filming, to editing a short film. Since then I have been active in the entertainment industry and have worked on such shows as American Idol, ABC Studio's Castle, and the upcoming FOX TV show, Gang Related. I also had my graduate thesis film featured at the Bel Air Film Festival, and various scripts featured in the Austin Film Festival, Nantucket Film Festival, and Nashville Film Festival.

While pursuing film, I was also very active athletically. I was a Division 1 athlete at Marist College where I ran Track and Field. I specialized in sprints, hurdles, and jumping events. While in college I also coached track and field at my former high school. There, I taught distance, sprints, jumping, and throwing events. During my tenure in high school I was also a three sport athlete. I was captain of my soccer team, as well as a competitive basketball player.
