Spanish with Beatriz O.

My name is Beatriz and I know through my experience that learning languages can be fun. My first language is Spanish and I have been teaching Spanish and English as a foreign language (SFL- EFL) for 6 years. I enjoy teaching very much, but more so the interaction with my pupils, I bring the language to their everyday life, trying to learn as much as possible about their interests and working with them to develop the best individualized teaching system. I assess each person's level a needs so that the classes are effective and fun. I am a political sciences and history graduate from the University of Ottawa in Canada, and a certified second language teacher. I have lived in Colombia, Canada, France and the US. Thus, bringing my own experience learning languages to my classes, understanding that it is easier to learn a language when you relate it to your own activities and interests.
