My name is Ying. I am from China. I was born and brought up in China. Moved to North America in 2014. My native language is Chinese, I speak both Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese. I graduated from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing China and received a Bachelor’s degree in Management, went to Canada in 2014 to pursue my Master’s degree of Information Systems Assurance Management at Concordia University. I worked for a Fortune 500 global technology company for nine and a half years. I have also worked as a lead teacher at a child care center in the United States, supervising and engaging children in age appropriate activities between Newborn and 12 year old classrooms. I have worked with students both individually and in groups to help them learn to process new content and improve study habits. I utilize various teaching materials and approaches to suit the student’s level of understanding the subject. Adjust to the student’s learning styles and preferences. Customize lesson plans according to requirements of the student. I take pride in helping students succeed. I am patient and have a sincere love for teaching Chinese. I am flexible.
